A couple of years ago, I noticed how everyone became obsessed with using kettle bells for weight training. I wondered what was so special about a medicine ball with a handle... But now I love them. I don't really know why, but it's not as gruesome as using free weights. I guess because you can do more fun exercises that incorporate your full range of motion with them.
